You have got a new sunshade that does not fit in with your old pole sleeve? No problem! We only exchange the pole sleeve and everything fits perfectly again.
We normally charge a low processing fee. It is normal that the tube has slight scratch marks.
With each new parasol pole sleeve, you get the ball handle for clamping the umbrella pole and the supplements to secure up to 10 mm thinner umbrella poles safely. And also a thin stainless steel disc to cover the marks that inevitably arise on the foot plate when the foot and the tube are screwed together.
Please note: The anchor stand with cross base may only be used with the smallest parasol pole sleeve.
