With so many production steps (laser cutting, transport, turning and sanding edges, drilling, thread cutting, marking), a scratch may occasionally occur. If you are willing to accept this, our misfortune is your advantage.
These are usually minor imperfections on the visible sides that you won’t notice at a normal viewing distance . However, we would like to avoid disappointment when you inspect your new parasol base for the first time. You can purchase such products with a small discount of €15. These are mainly short or faint scratches. Sometimes the logo is slightly blurred. We call this the AB category.
We offer a slightly larger discount of €25 on components with small but clearly visible scratches (B-category). However, even these are not really a problem for most people.
We classify undamaged surfaces as A-category. We do not offer components with highly unsightly visual defects.
The right of return naturally applies to these orders as well. You can either return the entire parasol base or simply exchange the part with cosmetic defects.
These offers are valid only whilst stocks last . If the selection option is not active, there are currently no components with cosmetic defects available.
